Arjeplog is only between 2000 and 3000 kilometres from most European capitals, but it takes a day to get there and a day to get back.

Because mainly of matching connecting flights on the trip home, our Centrale Voyages agency has finally chosen to use the major airport of Lulea with SAS flights 5 to 8 times a day from and to Stockholm.

Lulea airport has (every day except Saturday) an SAS flight which leaves Stockholm at 2 pm, and lands in Lulea around 6.30 pm. This allows our customers to get to Stockholm before 12.30 from almost all European capitals, and easily catch this 2 pm connecting flight to Lulea. On your arrival at Lulea a private « Laponie Ice Driving » shuttle will be waiting to take you directly to Hotel Hornavan in Arjeplog where you will arrive at 6 pm.

For your return trip, you will be able to enjoy a last morning’s shopping in Arjeplog or a snowmobile outing, before having a quick lunch and then boarding the « Laponie Ice Driving » shuttle which will leave Hotel Hornavan at 1.15 pm, and you will take off from Lulea on the 4 pm SAS flight to land at Stockholm Arlanda at 5.30 pm. This will allow you to catch your international return flight for almost all European capitals from 7 pm.

To get around in Arjeplog (from where you are staying to the Laponie Ice Driving tracks, or to the restaurants), a rental car will be reserved by Centrale Voyages ; this vehicle will be delivered directly to your hotel for your arrival. You will also return it here.
